I’m arriving at Brisbane Airport. Where will my driver be?

Please look for our driver holding a sign with your name on it.

For Brisbane Domestic, your driver will arrive at the luggage carousel for your flight 10 min after it touches down. For Brisbane International – your driver will be just in front of the Coffee Club 30 min after flight touches down. (make a left turn as you exit the restricted zone)

For Gold Coast Domestic, please meet your driver at the luggage carousel for your flight (10 min). For Gold Coast International, your driver will meet you in the International Arrivals Hall (35 min).

How much luggage can I take?
You can take the standard airline allowance for your baggage. Our vehicles are quite large and can accommodate most items, but please inform us if you do have any oversized or extra items.
Can you provide an infant or child seat for my little ones?
Infant and child car seats are provided free of charge upon request.
My flight is late! Please don’t leave without me!
Barnabus operates mostly private direct transfers. We will monitor the flight – and we understand sometimes there are delays, don’t worry, we will be there!
My itinerary has changed (or cancelled). What should I do?
We understand sometimes plans change. We ask that you simply inform us as soon as possible so we can make alternate plans.
Do you do a discount for cash?
Our amount does not depend on the type of payment used.
