Brisbane Shore Tours

The Cruise Ship industry is seeing unprecedented growth, at double digits!

Brisbane Cruise ship shore tour

Brisbane, once a sleepy-town, has been placed on the global map as the third largest city in Australia, but also within 1.5 hrs to another 3 cities, namely Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.

As we near another peak cruise season, we can take a look back at the busy few months we’ve had, having been visited by some of the largest ships we’ve ever seen (such as the MV Ovation of the Seas, pictured right) or the smaller boutique cruise ships.

It is a shame really, that most ships only spend a day at port, or two at most. But at least our tourists are able to enjoy a taste of Brisbane (or Gold Coast) on-board coaches like ours on a jam-packed shore tour day, with our experienced coach captains.

Typically, a shore tour would include:

    • Brisbane city sights including our historic buildings such as the City Hall, Ann St churches, Southbank
    • Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary! Queensland is the only state that allows visitors to get close and personal with our furry residents by taking pictures while holding a koala
    • Mt-Cootha lookout
    • A river cruise lunch

While others may choose to spend the day at Gold Coast at the tourist strip, or go for a dip at our famous white-sand beaches at Surfers Paradise.

Still, others would choose to visit several of Brisbane’s growing list of boutique craft breweries.

There’s so much to do, yet so little time! If your group is heading to Brisbane aboard one of the cruise ships, we look forward to showing you around the place and spending the day with you with one of our customised Brisbane shore tours, where we will design the tour to your group’s interests! Otherwise if you are looking for a simple but fuss-free connection to the airport or city, we can look after you too with our cruise ship terminal transfers.

We look forward to seeing you. Contact us now for more info!
